They seemed very happy with them, and previously, they only had Android tablets that were either broken, lost, or otherwise unused. They "said" they could use these for school, but they seemed to be using them for play (games) as well.

Okay but lacks audio jack.

This was a replacement for that one. The one thing it doesn’t have that we miss is a headphone jack so that we could plug it into the stereo system. We use the iPad for streaming radio stations and this one won’t work easily for that purpose.
