    iPad has been great. Bought it for our kiddo & he’s really enjoyed it. Works great no issues! Would definitely recommend! Also he’s been very rough with it & we haven’t had issues. We did buy a case for it though.

    [Employee of bestbuy] Bigger, faster and double the storage than ipad 8th generation. Its great it uses usb-c and not lightning. Touch Id button could have been designed better though…

    Product was bought as an open box item. This iPad was in PERFECT condition and I have had no issues with it. Would definitely recommend to someone who is looking to buy but is on a budget!!

    Perfect iPad for my son to use as an AAC device so he can speak. Obviously has many more capabilities but it works perfectly for what we need it for.

    I like the iPad, but my problem is the lack of technical assistance with i.e. helping set up the iPad. There is a charge of $40 to provide support to set up the iPad and there is a charge for the protective covering that goes over the screen for the iPad.. disappointed that the purchase of the iPad and all of the accessories did not qualify for any technical assistance with set up and the protective screen.

    Very happy when I went in and purchased ipad-customer service was very helpful to when I had my appointment with geek squad to set up my ipad for me--- Wouldn't buy anyplace else-thank you all!!!
