    Very poor service. Purchased an IPad as a Holiday present. The day after I purchased it Amazon advertised it for $40 less. I contacted BestBuy and they don’t match prices during the holidays. It was now 12/23 and I need it for the next day. Best Buy had terrible phone support and the Store mgr was at best rude. iPad is good Best Buy not so much.

    Tablet overall quality okay. The audio is a little low when we FaceTime. Overall it’s aesthetically pleasing.

    Nice large view sound is not super great and of course different charger than the iPhone

    Bought open box excellent condition but there was no original charger. I feel like if it’s excellent it should have the original box and chargwd at least. If it don’t shouldn’t be considered excellent

    The only down fall about this ipad you could only use the first generation , the 2nd generation pencil does not work on this device

    The IPad is great but the service at the Grapevine store was terrible. Tried to find a yellow one but none locally in stock. Ordered from Best Buy online and was told that the stores geek squad would be happy to assist. They barely did anything and charged us $40, Last purchase from Best Buy for us
