I switched to android few years ago and never looked back. I only got this tablet to see how it compares to the Samsung tablet I have. Resolution is not as good as I hoped. It is not very user friendly (maybe this is because I haven't used apple in a long time). Way too restricted. I think this is way overpriced for whatbl it is.

Not Good Customer Service from Best Buy.

The day after I purchased it Amazon advertised it for $40 less. I contacted BestBuy and they don’t match prices during the holidays. It was now 12/23 and I need it for the next day. Best Buy had terrible phone support and the Store mgr was at best rude. iPad is good Best Buy not so much.

Dont like not having the button for on and off
