Good product but bad seller

But the guy who sold that item to me, he forcely started opening a best buy credit card using my driver license, even without my consent. I have never had a situation with best buy like that.

Disappointed

Literally 2 weeks later and out of nowhere, the iPad crashed and fried!! Black screen. I was told, "This happens." Long story short, I purchased the Ipad air, lets see what happens.

Terrible Customer Service

Tried to find a yellow one but none locally in stock. Ordered from Best Buy online and was told that the stores geek squad would be happy to assist. They barely did anything and charged us $40, Last purchase from Best Buy for us

There were things the home button did that are much more difficult to do now without one. still, it's an iPad and I love them. It's unlikely to see mine very far away from me.
