BestBuy don’t care

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can’t really tell anything about the device, this has been shipped to me with an empty box, both Ipads are missing. I called Customer Care and they just close the case because they don’t really care. Raised a call to BestBuy’s choice of courier, I was informed to go back to BestBuy and ask them to file a claim to them. BestBuy doesn’t care to do that asking me to seek help from local Police. I did, guess what BestBuy did, nothing!. I spent hours trying to call them but no one wants to help or even extend their investigation to find out where the items got stolen. So I am sitting here with an empty Ipad boxes that cost me $600+.

Color? What color?

An added inducement was the discount/promotion from BB. However, I am not pleased with the color on the new version. The colors appear faded and I'm wondering whether a setting has to be changed? I tried but blandness returns.
