    10th gen ipad is good. Just threw me off that you cant connect a 2nd gen apple pencil to it. Has to be 1st gen apple pencil.

    The IPad is great but the service at the Grapevine store was terrible. Tried to find a yellow one but none locally in stock. Ordered from Best Buy online and was told that the stores geek squad would be happy to assist. They barely did anything and charged us $40, Last purchase from Best Buy for us

    Kinda stupid it doesnt support the apple pencil gen 2 or facial recognition on login. But thats apple.

    The ipad is fine, this review is more for best buy. I ordered an open box excellent codnition for pickup… get home theres scratches alll over it (excellent condition says there shouldn’t be) I return it at another location get a new one, they say it foesnt come withaccessories whihc excellent codniton says it should! Get it together with the open box stuff!!
