Keep the 9th gen or get an AIR or apple care just in case

Adequate, I am not savvy to the iPad technology . It took forever to set up and it still has more setup needed. Bottom line, I wouldn't purchase it again

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IMO, YOU CANNOT USE THE NEW PENCIL WITH IT. LIKE WHAT WAS APPLE THINKING CLEARLY THEY WERENT U CAN USE THE FIVE YEAR OLD ONE WITH AN ADAPTOR,

I wanted to update from my aging iPad, so I was elated to find the Best Buy ad for this 10th Generation. I never got to use it because it was problematic from the onset. Big issues with Apple ID not being recognized at first. Took copious attempts. When it finally did, it wouldn't recognize the ID when trying to download any app. There were more issues that prevented me from ever actually USING it. When we sought online help, learned that a manual of sorts was available for about $8. I had enough! Returned it to Best Buy. An iPad is nice to have but not crucial, so I'll do without the device. My aging iPad never gave me issues in over 5 yrs of ownership. I have an iPhone and a desktop Mac. Very pleased with both. If you purchase this device, I sincerely hope you have better luck than I did

I love my IPad. It’s perfect for work, watching movies. But my Touch ID just stopped working on my iPad one day.

The product was good but the store needa to work on their customer service im handicapped they made me stand for a prolong period of time with no seats available when they we made aware of my handicapped i was told so thats your problem ADA was made aware of that issue in investigation is being conducted and my lawyer was made aware of the issue thats the second time

Good changes works fine. Only thing is I did not know it was only wi-fi. Can only use with closet wi fi or personal hot spot

I would prefer the ipad would support the 2nd gen apple pen considering it’s the latest ipad and pen, and would rather have face id instead of touch id on an uncomfortable place.

I disliked how the colors appeared on the screen and how i could only use the first generation apple pencil.

Never recieved item. Wasn’t able to get money back.

Nothing wrong with it per se, just not for me. Not a fan of being locked i to the Apple ecosystem.I just prefer Android.

Same iPad, different generation. I am disappointed in apple products, they changed the charger! It's a completely new one.

I'm not happy w/ this!! I bought it specifically because my older IPad which I traded in could not accept updates for Zoom, and the new one Zoom is weird. I can not use it to log into mtgs. It acts like a face time app. If I'm on the phone it shows my picture talking. When I called a geek, I had 2--no help-had to make appt. I told them I may return it. Also having trouble w/ wifi connection. Not happy at all.

The one problem I have is that the screen goes black from time to time.smh. That’s the only thing I don’t like so far. Other than that I love it.

Very clear picture, fast and very fast charging there is a new learning curve due to all the new features I’ve had it 3 weeks and new features are popping up everyday. I would recommend this Ipad it also has a good price and I have seen it on sale many times

The I pad would not connect with any pencil. Geek squad said it was an Apple problem with this ipad! Not good when pencil is expected to be available with this iPad.

Not bad color not too awful but it’s not the yellow I was expecting more of a gold color not like the iPhone 15

An employee answered my questions and was able to find the IPad on a storage shelf. After I purchased it, I got aBest Buy ad showing a temporarily reduced price. I went to customer service and received a refund of the difference. The IPad works fine.

beautiful display! only thing I would suggest is if you are wanting to use an apple pencil and the ipad together to spend a little extra money and go with an ipad pro. The charging port for the Ipad is a c charger which means you have to use adapters.

It only took 3 weeks, several phone calls and finally a trip back to the store to get my Ipad. BB needs to be more realistic in telling customers when product is available.
