I can not rate this item. It has been a nightmare trying to transfer information from the i phone to the i pad. I was told it would be easy.

Wish I had done more research. Only works with first Gen Apple pencils due to the front facing camera moving to the side. Over all good though.

Was disappointed it wasn’t compatible with Apple Pencil but over all nice iPad

A replacement for my dads 4 year old iPad. He loves it! Size is perfect, battery life is great, screen is amazing. He does not use a pencil but it’s nice to know it has that capability. I have an iPad 12” Pro.

This is the second IPad I’ve ordered. The first one over heated and would not stay on. Shipping has changed three different times. Very disappointed customer.

No one showed me how to use it! I called the 800 number and he asked why I left the store without knowing..made me feel foolish.

A Great value device, is has an amazing display, bezels that are thin but still holdable, and great cameras. The only negative is the apple pencil gen 1 support. But unless you use the pencil it doesnt matter!

Light weight Love the color will need to purchase a cover as it’s real hard to hold without any type of grip.

great ipad, first one came defected but bestbuy was able to exchange it and even price match a lower price.

Battery life is disappointing for new IPad. I wish I would have just had a new battery put in my 7 year old IPad.

This tablet is great!!! I would recommend this one!! The screen is just right and the sharpness is wonderful!!! Great buy too!! Now I’m going to get the IMac 24 to work together!!! Just wonderful!!!

I have had the iPad for a couple weeks. So far, it has worked perfectly. It works different than my old iPad Air, so there is a learning curve. You have to search the Apple site to find instructions.

Bought 1st ipad and it didn’t want to turn ON. Had to return it and switch it for a new one.

They Took my 300 + tax and said it was Delivered but it wasn’t I got in contact with Them about it they said they will give me a Refund but they lied about it it a scam if you ask me they changed it and call the police I did and still didn’t get it back so don’t waste your money or time with them

Customer service was not so great. We did a at store pick up and said it would be ready in 1 hour but took more then an hour so we just decided to shipped it our house and still it took forever to get to our house

Good product. My review is based off the staff at this Best Buy. I told him I needed an iPad for my work trip and I desperately needed to buy it that day. I said I saw one on sale online and he insisted this was the only one. I had to apply for credit as I couldn’t afford it that day (I was planning on spending only $250ish) I had no service so I couldn’t check myself and I took his word for it. He asked if I needed an Apple Pencil I said no and he charged me for it anyways! I was just in such a hurry I didn’t notice what was put in the bag. So I rushed home and went straight to another location where they sold me the one that was on sale as I saw online and I was able to return my overly expensive purchase.

Easy purchasing experience, but iPad has been acting up , setup was difficult

Good news. It transferred from the old iPad - easy peasy. Bad news. It wouldn't wake up after one day. Geek squad couldn't fix it - had to go to the local Apple Store and they figured out that it needed to be replaced. Took them 4 days to get a replacement.

Enjoyable, the gift was recieved and was most enjoyed. Opened full of glee. Good for a student
