It’s a iPad not much has changed on them since the first ones

The item was delayed and came late but overall an amazing item

my uncle order me an ipad 2 days before christmas, my ipad was supposed to deliver january 4th everything was good up until ups held my package and didnt deliver it. i contacted best buy and i was scheduled to go pick the ipad up from the store and once i got there i was told that they did not have the ipad so the man “ sent it to a different store” and told me that i can go pick it up from there, when i get to the store the lady there tells me “ you order was cancelled by once of our team members”. i call best buy to see whats going on and i get an email a couple days later saying “ they are not going to refund me nor give me a replacement and that i need to work with my local police department to get the issue resolved”.

It has no simple back button..it does not have 3.5mm headphone jack ..Shane on apple cut costs at user expense

Good device…freezes sometimes…takes multiple attempts to shut down.

Not worth the money . Go for the older version which is worth

Every time we go to Best buy it's always the same problem so I had to get another I pad and lose money it's not even fair but whatever I do hope I win because it's not fair

Screen bad. and slow. I recommend just paying he extra $100 or so and get the iPad air 5

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. Very nice, similar to other iPads.

Honestly, the setup is not intuitive. I had to connect to wifi and my android phone to even be able to use it. Not only that but it makes an aweful loud noise during setup, so it's not easy to get your head on straight for the ordeal. Not recommended. Get a laptop instead.

The Bluetooth doesn’t work but over all it’s a good ipad

Apple continues to improve the iPad line. Optics and resolution are excellent and the camera is improved over prior models, and seems to capture better images.

It was good but it’s more like a computer then a tablet

Not that much difference between this one and my previous one. Not noticing better speed. Not seeing that much more battery life.

Finally upgraded from aged iPads shared among members of our household and am really enjoying it so far, battery life seems great and display is large, clear

tablet was dead on arrival, wouldn't charge or turn on. Best Buy processed as return/new order, which would have been ok if they kept the same pick-up terms. my nephew was given a hard time trying to pick up the second tablet because he wasn't considered authorized even tho he picked up the first one.

Overall, my 17 year old is happy with the purchase

Very smart and intuitive. Great graphics, touch and stability. I really like the way it pairs seamlessly with my iPhone. Great for business or personal use.

Sleek design, fast, long battery. Great for kids that need an ipad for school because of all the acessories you can buy that are compatible with this device.
