The iPad is great and works well, however, I am concerned that the battery runs down rather quickly. I’m hoping it will not get worse in a short amount of time.

My review. On the iPad well I bought a brand new one ( I thought)!I paid for a brand new one as I turned it on there was somebody's else email in there which tells me that someone else had purchased it an returned it

iPad was working perfect than just stop working after 6 months of purchase

Do not buy this iPad I don’t know what’s gotten into Apple, but this iPad has a dent to it. I don’t know if it’s a different kind of material that they are using or what but this iPad has a dent don’t buy. I think the iPads before this one are better sturdier quality, this one absolutely not.

As i mentioned, the fingerprint thing works sometimes, the Volume button is frustrating as well for some reason. Strangly for an apple product, I don’t trust it. After all of that, its still a 3 star!

Good upgrade for those who are looking for basic daily usage. No power house, but it works for simple task. When the price drops enough to fit your budget, its good enough to get.

The flat edges of the case make it feel awkward to hold. It also feels heavier and did not appeal to my wife. It was returned and we may look into a used iPad with the original case.

USB-C port on is very loose, can make sound when you mildly shake the original cable

I had a iPad that was 2 models older than this one. The screen quality looks the exact same. Didn’t improve after 3 years. Disappointing

Came from the factory with a required passcode that nobody (even geek squad) could figure out. Had to return the item for another. #2 works as it should

Serves my purpose. Wish it had GPS, not sure why Apple only includes that in the Cellular versions. Non-cellular Apple Watch has GPS.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IMO, YOU CANNOT USE THE NEW PENCIL WITH IT. LIKE WHAT WAS APPLE THINKING CLEARLY THEY WERENT U CAN USE THE FIVE YEAR OLD ONE WITH AN ADAPTOR,

Adequate, I am not savvy to the iPad technology . It took forever to set up and it still has more setup needed. Bottom line, I wouldn't purchase it again

Keep the 9th gen or get an AIR or apple care just in case

I wanted to update from my aging iPad, so I was elated to find the Best Buy ad for this 10th Generation. I never got to use it because it was problematic from the onset. Big issues with Apple ID not being recognized at first. Took copious attempts. When it finally did, it wouldn't recognize the ID when trying to download any app. There were more issues that prevented me from ever actually USING it. When we sought online help, learned that a manual of sorts was available for about $8. I had enough! Returned it to Best Buy. An iPad is nice to have but not crucial, so I'll do without the device. My aging iPad never gave me issues in over 5 yrs of ownership. I have an iPhone and a desktop Mac. Very pleased with both. If you purchase this device, I sincerely hope you have better luck than I did
