    My order was committed to be available for pickup at the store on Jan 7th. I will leave the city on Jan 8th evening. Same iPad was available in other stores and I preferred to buy it at Bestbuy. I’m frustaded.

    I ordered this device online when delivered it was stained and was connected to another iCloud so I couldn’t access our use it at all Best Buy customer service was no help at all Hopefully this time I receive a new device

    This shopping experience was terrible. The awful online purchase experience, customer service and help buying iPads for my grandkids was beyond upsetting and made me late with my gift. I’m very disappointed in Best Buy for how poorly I was treated.
