It a scam

Battery disappointment

Didn't work out - Apple Store Replaced.

It wouldn't wake up after one day. Geek squad couldn't fix it - had to go to the local Apple Store and they figured out that it needed to be replaced. Took them 4 days to get a replacement.

Brand used straight out of thebox

For what?

My 10 year old Apple iPad was and still easier to navigate searches. The fingerprint setup is clumsy, placing finger, lift finger and place finger..... over and over and over. Sometimes on opening fingerprint security still returns to" Passcode" to open screen. The Apple Pencil, would be a improvement, but I can't get it to work, even after initial charging. How do I know that the Apple Pencil is fully charged?

I was told that I would have to take it to a Best Buy store in which is 100 miles away from and that’s not doable.
