Forget it - what I got was not what was advertised

This was sent in a refurbished package. It wouldn't run without uploading new software. The upload stopped with one second to go and froze. Every time. I had to go back to the beginning, wipe it clean, re-load content, then it required software update, which froze with one second to go. Spent over an hour with Apple support and they couldn't fix it. After two fruitless days I finally returned it. Total waste of time.

An Improvement Over a Trusted Product

The new model is clearly an improvement for me The storage is larger than my original 32 gb version. The clarity of the screen is also much better than my old version, For me this newer iPad is not a game changer of an upgrade. I am happy with my purchase.

Took it back and grabbed the ipad mini, which is much more up to date than this child babysitter.
