It really was a unfortunate buy for me it was a freak price but unfortunately mine was stolen from my building and I contacted Best Buy and fed ex multiple times wasted about 300 dollar and still had to get a another one

Great iPad with its bigger screen and being thin. I only with Apple would have brought back the space grey.

Product was in good condition, box was a little damaged when I came to pick it up but the ipad was perfect

My package came wet and the inside had no bubble wrapping or anything that would secure my purchase. My product was fine only because apple has plastic on their boxes, not because of Best Buy’s caution/protection. I’m very disappointed with my purchase and not just that but it took longer than expected.

the ipad is good and i like that the apple pencil stays in the side

My item was shipped through FedEx with no signature or proof of where it was dropped off… Best Buy don’t care enough but don’t care so I’m out $400 and my daughter is out her tablet will never buy anything else from here.. this was the first purchase I made with them and my last

Love the color and no home button is a major update. Love the bigger screen and resolution is amazing.

Its been almost a month already and my order hasnt come yet. It says it was damaged during transit but there has been no updates. Ive tried to get this cancel by myself multiple times but there doesnt seem to he an option for it. Terrible UI

Came with a bad Os, nothing but problems to set up.

It worked well for about 6 weeks. I bought it 9/18/2024 by mid November started having issues. Just past the store’s 30 day return policy. This is my first time having issues with an Apple product.

Christmas gift for my granddaughter, therefore I will need to provide another review at another time.

Nice colors to choose from, but the screen is flimsy. It’s not a laminated screen so there is a space between the glass and the display…spend a bit more and get the Air or pro.
