    This item is for Christmas and has not been opened yet. But let me tell you about the pickup at Best Buy. By the way this is the second time I have written this when asked. In order to pick it up. I had to stand behind numerous other customers who just wanted to buy a few things and checkout. But since there are no checkout lines at best buy EVERYONE has to go to customer service. Very time consuming and a real pain.

    After 3 weeks, this iPad completely died on me and would not charge. Currently waiting on a repair or new one from BB Total Care/Apple Care.
