    Turns out that the package was delivered to an incorrect address, Best Buy won’t provide a refund or a replacement. So basically I have to pay for something I don’t have!

    I ordered a delivery of my first iPad ever to use during chemo therapy. First the shipment was delayed, no biggie, but when recieved Best Buy forgot to include the USB port to charge it. I called twice to different departments to have it shipped since im unable to drive due to chemo and pick the port up. Both depts had no regard to my situation. They took standard policy over my health. As a very long time customer very disappointed.

    If I could give a zero I would. I received an empty box, seals were already broken on the box (the actual iPad box not the shipping box) I called to report it and sent pictures and was told to follow up with my local police.

    My order was committed to be available for pickup at the store on Jan 7th. I will leave the city on Jan 8th evening. Same iPad was available in other stores and I preferred to buy it at Bestbuy. I’m frustaded.
