Bought the iPad and they gave me the wrong pen ! They had it delivered and no instructions on how the iPad works , and how iPad works

Your Apple sales representative at the 55 hotel cir NE , Albuquerque New Mexico told me they do cover stolen or lost with Apple care + then my 6 year old only having his gift for less then a month losses it and.l now out of this and now we have to buy another from a different company due to be able to afford. We did save more months for his gift we are not rich or middle classs either.

The product works great but employee was extremely rude to my girlfriend picking up the item. He told her she was not allowed to pick up the item and that he would give her a pass this time. When her name was clearly on the form to pick up the item

Nice Gen 10 Ipad! I would of given it a 5 star review but I cannot as the gen 2 ipencil is not compatible with this new Ipad. Only the gen 1 ipencil is compatible. DUMB!

I ordered this before Thanksgiving. A box arrived from Best Buy on 5 days later on the scheduled date, but it was empty and clearly not the right shape to hold an iPad. I contacted Best Buy and they say they will send a replacement, but it will take 7 to 14 business days. Ugh. So, all those 1 star ratings are not for the IPad, but for Best Buy screwing up the delivery.

Best Buy listed this as "Excellent condition" - Well, this was a false advertisement and BestBuy should FIRE RIGHT AWAY the tech who listed this as Excellent. This is my second time when BB is listing items as Excellent when in fact they are Fair with missing parts , scratches and defects!

Bought this for my kid he likes it but like i said will not buy another one like it for my self again

Cute looking but It had a FaceTime Audio problem called Apple and they couldn't fix it so they are going to send another one.

Should’ve purchased from Apple! Charging port does not work and they told me it’s nothing they can do about it. The iPad charge when it wants to. I will not ever purchase electronics from Best Buy again.

You cancelled my order without acknowledgement. Quickly called to reorder, but Best Buy refused.

I didn’t receive my item. I was told being since a picture of the package was taken at the time of delivery. I couldn’t receive a refund. I have informed the associate that it wasn’t my door due to the fact my door has a mat & the door in the picture didn’t. Also, there was no picture of the door tag to insure that it was the correct apartment.

Bought this item online at the Laredo location and needed to exchange it but never got a call back from the manager. I called twice after waiting the “5-7” business days and all customer service could do was submit ANOTHER ticket. By that time my return policy date had already expired. Horrible customer service and very disappointed.

I'm reviewing the customer service. On Cyber Monday I saw this on your web site for $50 less than I paid. I called and spoke with a rep who said I had to go to the store. I made it to the store yesterday 11/31, and was told they don't keep past pricing and the current price is what I paid, so no refund. Your best price program is a run around. What's up?

There is no way to indicate that the delivery is for a business instead of a residence. The 3rd party delivery service left the package in the wrong location after business hours and luckily a good samaritan tracked me down otherwise I'd be requesting a refund.

Paid for pad and otterbox. Was in virginia and person that took my ipad order agreed i could pick up on december 2. As i was still in virginia and manager informed me that not only was my PAID FOR IPAD ORDER CANCELED as well as otterbox. To ad insult to injury i was advised i could not have sale price that I ALREADY PAID FOR. Done with best buy.

No Home Screen & lightning cord is different. Can’t find any user guide. Don’t like it
