Terrible quality wasn’t expecting to after return it, but I did. It’s not the company‘s fault. It’s just the fact that Apple is terrible and this is one of the cheaper models.

Great iPad at a great price! It was delivered quickly, was very easy to set up from my older iPad and works flawlessly. Overall works well and holds a charge for a pretty long time. Overall great upgrade

Bought this item for Christmas and it has been having problems 1 month after purchase (well a few weeks after) wasn’t used until Christmas Day and it won’t respond to touch just frozen it’s almost as if it was a refurbished item which Best Buy should’ve let it be known and charged less for a refurbished item

Returned because too difficult to set up. Would not recommend.

It came with the wrong cord, I had to take it back and they wanted me to purchases a cord for the iPad. I said no thank you, I wanted a new one. I couldn’t rate because I couldn’t charge it.

I did not get the delivery. so cant say anything about the product. They charged me though. So please pick up from store - not going to trust delivery process from best buy

This iPad had a long crack on it when I got it and it doesn't stay on it cuts off and they wouldn't let me return it

Not a fan. Doesnt hold a charge very well imo and if you want to use any apple pen, you have to buy a completely different "dongle."

Yellow iPad Case, I just hate it. It doesn’t stay connected to to iPad at all so every time you open it the cover comes off. The color is gorgeous thought, I really wish it would have been the case that worked. Now I have a $70 price of plastic sitting on the shelf.

They sent me the wrong item. I attempted to send it in the mail for a refund and they gave me incomplete address information. Terrible service. I wasn’t able to return in store because it came from OpenBox. I still have yet to receive my refund from them. I will not be ordering online with them again.

I received a defective tablet. Went to the store for a replacement and item was not in stock. They sent to store pickup while I was on vacation and then cancelled my order when I was not back in time to pick it up. Now want me to repurchase at different price and would not adjust price to what I paid.

Ipads are great, usually. THIS ONE not so much. After about 3 days it started to reject my passcode, telling me it was "wrong." After 10 "wrong" tries, I was locked out totally. Needed Geek Squad to correct, but was not interested in keeping this one since seems defective. Returned it and will be replacing with order direct from Apple.

I just got this Ipad as a gift. So far, my daughter likes it. The only downside is that there isn't a jack to plug in headphones.
