Do not online order from Best Buy

My order was sent back to the store and I have been trying to get a refund issued back to me for over two months now with no luck. I recommend buying in store or from another retailer.

Couldn’t get anyone on phone or chat to give me the same information. They were supposed to email updates, they never did. They were supposed to replace the item, they never did. I would think twice about purchasing from Best Buy again

The time past without word from BB. When the customer called they were told that the delivery truck broke down. THANKS FOR LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW. The order was canceled and a stove was ordered from Home Depot.
