    Waited for over 45 min to get my order to get drop off in my car. Ended up going inside the store to pick up to waited another 10 min. Store manager did not help at all

    iPad is OK. Every time you go to get assistance on Apple Products, they make you wait forever. You have to ask every single employee for someone to just go bring you the product for you to pay.

    difficult to setup. can not get back to main screen without turning off and then back on. very frustrating to use.

    this is the worst. apple ipad I have ever purchased and it was a gift for a three year old. i have a 16 year old ipad that works better

    Just the worst, stopped working for in less than 30 days after purchasing. Apple care is a joke !!! I still don’t have my iPad after 10 days. It make serious stay forget apple.

    Box was damaged and dirty. Went to Best Buy to exchange and they told me they could not. Only refund me and re purchase. Which made no sense.

    Sadly, the 10th gen ipad is a SLIGHT improvement in performance compared to the ipad 7th gen. DEFINITELY not worth my money.

    Awful computer. Very heavy for its size and quite slow. Touch screen had a pretty bad lag aswell. Would not recommend.
