It happened twice and the support isn’t that good.

So far so good. It has somethings different then my last one like a button on the last one on the side and I could touch it and move to something else. I still reach for the button then remember I just need to run my finger up on the screen and I’m ready for the next adventure. It’s faster and clearer than my old one.

Too small and not enough memory to adequately support the app that i use for work.

Eh. It's the same as every ipad out there except for maybe a higher memory storage.

Microphone and speakers are not working will return

The tablet seemed to work fine until I tried to connect the Apple pen. It would no connect to my tablet I tried both of the pens, and got an adapter to connect the first gen pen. If your wanting to use this tablet with a pen I would not recommend

To hard to understand that's why I took it back my son try to get it to work

Slow to loading i have to refresh alot times every time

No hold charge ios update 16.2 too much freezing..

It's very sleek and works great. Very light weight and easy to use with the apple pencil, too.

Tried setting it up Thursday dec29. Would not set up. CALLED THE HELP LINE. SHE TOLD ME IT NEEDS SERVICE AND I CAN PURCHASE A PLAN TO COVER THAT REALLY. BRAND NEW! TAKING IT BACK BEST BUY HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORSE. THEY CANCELED AN ORDER PLACED ON NOV 26. DEC 29. BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD NOV 26. I MISSED ALL BLACK FRIDAY DEALS FOR THIS 1200.00 PHONE. I CALLED A FEW TIMES WEEKLY AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL BASICALLY THEY CAUSED ME TO LOSE ALOT OF MONEY THEN THE IPAD. THEY ARE STRUGGLING DUE TO SIZE OF STORES. I FEEL THEY ARE USING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY TO TRY TO STAY ABOVE THE SINKING POINT. BUT I WILL NOT SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN. TOO MANY LIES

This Ipad is great! Battery life, screen, size, portability is fantastic! This is my third one and is my favorite!

I was so excited to get this IPad. When I went to attach my new Apple Pencil to the magnet I found out that the magnet in the IPad was defective and I can’t use my Apple Pencil with it. Now I have to return the IPad and can’t get the same one because they don’t have my color in stock anywhere. Total let down, When Apple products cost an arm and a leg they should make sure they actually work !! I have been an Apple product lover for years, but I am second guessing them now. Seems the products keep getting more expensive, yet made poorer quality.

I bought the iPad to surprise my daughter, who was using an iPad that is 6 years old. She was surprised and delighted, and she tells me at least once a week what a pleasure it is to have the larger, thinner screen, the sharp display, and the many new features. She loves using it both for her business and for fun.

I’m real happy with my new IPad it was easy to load apps and it’s lightweight which I love I’m considering in purchasing another one for my granddaughter
