    Bought a new iPad. My old one is almost 10 years old. It’s nice to be able to not have it plugged in all the time. The new one works great.

    Tried to set up my new IPad, but since computer not functioning to do that, I brought it in to the Geek Squad. Preston had helped before with sister-in-law's phone, and he was amazing, getting me set up, explaining everything, getting Microsoft Office installed, etc. Can't praise him enough! Unable to enjoy it yet, as busy, but certain all will be fine!

    Ordering was a snap, pricing in line with other outlets, delivery on time and as stated. Cannot review the actual item as it is a Christmas gift, hasn't been opened yet, but thoroughly satisfied with Best Buy and the experience :)
