Reuben of Geek Squad transferred everything from my old IPad to the new IPad quickly and expertly. The only negative is that Apple has changed the power cords so that all of the cords for the old IPad do not work with the new IPad. Hard to believe that was accidental. Everyone at Best Buy was courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

This is my third iPad over the years, and found them easy to set up, secure, and just a generally pleasant experiance! I bought this when it was on sale, and am very satisfied with the performace and price!
