The young who helped me was very kind, accommodating and knowledgeable helped me get an IPad for my daughter made great suggestions all in all it was one of the better experiences I have had in any store. There is not much customer service these days I really appreciated Best Buy

I use it to stream Xbox cloud games and it works flawlessly. Exactly what I was looking for. Usbc is nice also. No need to carry around a proprietary cord

I bought an Apple Pencil and used it for 10 minutes to draw wieners then never used it again but I’m sure other people would get more use out of it. That display is CRISPY.
