Their office is mext door. I order and just go there to pick it up when its ready. I am also a total tech member, thay goves me their support to install software and receive additional service . One of the best and budget friendly

It’s fast, the screen looks great, and it’s super easy to use for watching videos, taking notes, or just browsing. Only downside is the Apple Pencil setup — kind of a hassle. But overall, I’m really happy with it!
