I took the iPad to a store in Dallas and they did the refund right away and got me a new iPad with more storage . Everyone was pleasant from the gentleman at the front door who was extremely helpful, to the girl at the customer Service counter.

I personally use it for art & school and the touch screen makes it easier to stay focused since it’s interactive. I would recommend pairing it with a first gen Apple Pencil because of the pressure sensitivity feature!
