Open box was not as unoticablly used as it seemed yes maybe the screen and the physical product were in almost brand new product level but when I set it up and tried to start a new apple I'd it would let me for the reason being that it had already created to many apple I'd accounts so it made me have to call apple support

It was a Xmas gift for my son. He enjoys it compared to the 9 Gen. The style is so smooth and slick

The product is good, I felt like I got a used product. With the help of customer service I exchanged it.

Did not appreciate the Battery life. An iPad is an iPad. You’ll get all the basics you’re searching for. At the end of the day Battery Life Sucks

Very nice. Not 5 stars because the battery life is not as good as I thought it would be.

It was great until it stopped charging at all. Having to have a practically brand new product fixed is not what you are supposed to do.

Finally upgraded from aged iPads shared among members of our household and am really enjoying it so far, battery life seems great and display is large, clear

NOT impressed with the iPad 10th Generation. My 10 year old Apple iPad was and still easier to navigate searches. The fingerprint setup is clumsy, placing finger, lift finger and place finger..... over and over and over. Sometimes on opening fingerprint security still returns to" Passcode" to open screen. The Apple Pencil, would be a improvement, but I can't get it to work, even after initial charging. How do I know that the Apple Pencil is fully charged?

Honestly the ipad is great, I love using it to watch movies,binge watch shows even to play games on the side.

The process to buy was great. Love the color. Would recommend to others.

Decent tablet, apple needs to put 120hrz refresh rate to all devices. 60hrz era is gone

Apple tables are second to none. Samsung, Lenovo, Amazon tablets don’t compare this iPad.

Purchased one in early May 2023, after nearly two months, the charging cord cracked and the copper line exposed posed a safety threat. Very disappointed! We had several iPads prior and their charging cords should last at least one year. This time it made me feel sad. Must buy another charging cord because came in and talked with customer care. they said just buy another one, no replacement.
