I purchased this iPad in June of 2023 it was experiencing charging problems and was told it needed to be replaced I took it in I was told I canceled the insurance coverage two weeks after I purchased it I never canceled it, I called the geek squad and was told they would reinstate the insurance I have been given the runaround for 1 week now I’m being told it cannot be reinstated. This was not something I did, I paid Best Buy for the coverage and now I’m being told I have to pay for a new iPad after I was charged for insurance. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will not be purchasing anything from here. I would make sure you are not being robbed like I was canceling coverage and now not being responsible for it.

Holds the pen but doesn't charge it? To charge you need an adapter since they decided to go with USB-C. Go with the iPad Air.

64GB isn't for most

Lacking customer service

I waited by the display. No one came over although the store was fairly empty.. I asked for help at the register.He said he'd be right there. Unfortunately he took two other people. So I stood in line again. No hello, no thank you for waiting, Handed me the box and did not look up. I am a member of BB. I bought the keyboard at a different store. It was an unfortunate story.
