Early Christmas present for wife

Her old iPad was to the point that the battery wouldn't hold a charge. It seems to be a good machine and she seems to really like it.

New I pad very diappointing

I bought it specifically because my older IPad which I traded in could not accept updates for Zoom, and the new one Zoom is weird. I can not use it to log into mtgs. It acts like a face time app. If I'm on the phone it shows my picture talking. When I called a geek, I had 2--no help-had to make appt. I told them I may return it. Also having trouble w/ wifi connection. Not happy at all.

I don’t know if it’s a different kind of material that they are using or what but this iPad has a dent don’t buy. I think the iPads before this one are better sturdier quality, this one absolutely not.

Not reflective on product just Best Buy worker

I told him I needed an iPad for my work trip and I desperately needed to buy it that day. I said I saw one on sale online and he insisted this was the only one. I had to apply for credit as I couldn’t afford it that day (I was planning on spending only $250ish) I had no service so I couldn’t check myself and I took his word for it. He asked if I needed an Apple Pencil I said no and he charged me for it anyways! I was just in such a hurry I didn’t notice what was put in the bag. So I rushed home and went straight to another location where they sold me the one that was on sale as I saw online and I was able to return my overly expensive purchase.
