I never got my car package because Best Buy third party company roadery delivered to the wrong address and they never gave me a refund or another iPad to be sent out best buy is fraud and if you’re package gets delivered to the wrong address this will not send you you’re money back or replace it.

Never recieved item. Wasn’t able to get money back.

Well I didn’t receive my items and then I talked to a customer support agent who said they would refund me and then a few days later I got an email saying No Refund. Very upsetting and bad experience.

I ordered this device online when delivered it was stained and was connected to another iCloud so I couldn’t access our use it at all Best Buy customer service was no help at all Hopefully this time I receive a new device

No water damage, it wasnt dropped or crushed and the screen has three lines going through it. Probably no longer under warranty. Im not happy. I need a drink

Nice Gen 10 Ipad! I would of given it a 5 star review but I cannot as the gen 2 ipencil is not compatible with this new Ipad. Only the gen 1 ipencil is compatible. DUMB!

Bought the iPad and they gave me the wrong pen ! They had it delivered and no instructions on how the iPad works , and how iPad works

The only other tablet I have had is an RCA android. That’s the only comparison I can make. This screen is smaller. I liked the larger one. However, the picture is much sharper—really superb. Also, the sound was lousy on the RCA. This sound is wonderful and I can adjust it. It is also very fast, which I love. I like that I can easily make the picture bigger which I couldn’t on the RCA. One star off is just for the learning curve. I don’t know how I get to a lot of places or how to get out of them. With the RCA I could restart and everything would be clear. Now, it takes me right back where I didn’t want to be. Also, there are more clicks to get to what I like. I still haven’t found a list of my favorites which I would like since I go to the same places over and over. Now I have to type them in every time. I wish the bar on the side that shows you where you are on the page would not disappear. I have to actually move the page to know where I am in the text. I would rather just glance at it and keep my place on the page. The nice part is there are a lot of places to go to for help with the iPad and they are very informative. I tried to get on a zoom call for the first time and it wouldn’t let me. Still don’t know what to do about that. This was expensive and I’m sure I’m not using it to its full potential. I will be patient and continue learning.

I was given this item on accident instead of the iPad Air and I went to return it and they said it's not the item I purchased They at 1st said they'd have to go thru video footage but the cashier finally found a record of my purchase and the "lead and/ir manager" was not very helpful and almost acted annoyed

Screen went out after a few months apple wouldn’t fix it

Asked for replacement was denied. Took out insurance. Denied knowledge of my request.

Your Apple sales representative at the 55 hotel cir NE , Albuquerque New Mexico told me they do cover stolen or lost with Apple care + then my 6 year old only having his gift for less then a month losses it and.l now out of this and now we have to buy another from a different company due to be able to afford. We did save more months for his gift we are not rich or middle classs either.

Somebody hacked my mail id,credit card details to purchase this product. Best buy tysons corner delivered the product without checking the id card of the person who collected it. I have registered a complaint at best buy, tysonscorner but didn’t get any update from them.

I did not revive my device in a timely manner and it was a struggle to get Ahold of the people working to figure out my shipping issues.

Very bad experience this time with Best Buy. I have been a customer for 25 years. The iPad never arrived they stole it during shipping and Best Buy said it was fraud when I called to report. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Never got my item. Bestbuy didn’t ship it directly. It went to a warehouse where a DoorDash driver picked it up, marked it delivered and stole my package. Bestbuy will not refund me or replace my item now due to the package marked as delivered

This item is a great item. my son is working on this with his church and is mixing sounds. its great

Cute looking but It had a FaceTime Audio problem called Apple and they couldn't fix it so they are going to send another one.

I ordered this before Thanksgiving. A box arrived from Best Buy on 5 days later on the scheduled date, but it was empty and clearly not the right shape to hold an iPad. I contacted Best Buy and they say they will send a replacement, but it will take 7 to 14 business days. Ugh. So, all those 1 star ratings are not for the IPad, but for Best Buy screwing up the delivery.
