Best Buy Service terrible.

However the I pad was not put on my membership. I tried remotely to fix and no help. I called in and was transferred at least 5 times before I gave up. Problem still not solved.

Stolen BB credit card

Wish I had this, the home theater system & the Apple Mac Pro Book he was Allowed to “purchase”—that’s what I’ve figured out so far.

Ipad is horrible and apple care is a joke

Have to do a warranty claim through apple and I have been without my iPad for over 10 days. I wish I never bought them. Apple is a joke when it comes to apple care.
