I've been using this product for personal use and other purposes, and I'm really happy with it. The battery life is great, and the staff at the store were very helpful when I bought it. I was excited to try it out, and I'm pleased to say that it's a great product with many useful features, including quiet operation and ample storage.

Upgraded from the 7th gen , reminded me of the time we got iPhone X, it’s a great device - more screen real-estate and the A14 chip makes it even better - most of all the discount on the price and trade in value made it a no-brainer. Definitely would recommend.

I bought this as birthday gift for my son 6yo. He really enjoyed the device. There is no issue at all. The battery life is still excellent that could last for several hours of youtube playing. I was even think I shouldn't buy any coverage in any of the future iPad purchase anymore.

Very nice piece of equipment. It works very well and can update to the latest version of software for safety purposes and better ease of use. The battery holds up well and the screen is clear and great to work with.

This iPad is really nice, the aluminum body makes it feel more premium, and overall does a great job for using it for simple stuff like social media, watching stuff on YouTube, Netflix, etc. I also use it for school light school work and everything works perfect

Excellent quality my son loves it it was time to upgrade from his 9th generation to this one and it’s really nice good camera and screen quality only difference I notice is battery life is much longer and it’s full screen no button and video quality

I’m new to this IPad, have never had one before… always own a tablet… so far, I love it, and if I don’t know what to do, I just ask questions….. I do tell you if I do get on my ipad, I have to go ahead and do what I’m going to do far as house work because if I stop and get on my ipad, my housework will never get done….

I had an old 9.7 inch iPad and this was a great upgrade! I play guitar I mainly use it for my music and the bigger screen makes charts easier to read. The bezel space is alot smaller than older models and it looks sharp. Of course it has all the fun apple-y stuff. Pair with an apple pencil and its pretty fun to draw and color on. When watching videos, the speakers are pretty loud and facetime camera is only on the side, so that helps if you are at table and taking a call.
