New IPad is thinner with a larger screen than my earlier version. Screen resolution seems better and new IPad also seems faster.

Bought this for my wife and ahe loved it. I also have one myself and theres not much i can say that is negative about the ipad itself. I do want to say that I hate having to use an adapter to connect my apple pencil to my ipad since neither are truly compatible with it.

Love my iPad. I ordered an Apple Pencil as well but the box was empty. Reached out to customer service and they immediately sent another one to me. When I opened the 2nd pencil the box was also empty. Still waiting on a refund

When my daughter's old table needed to be replaced, I orderd the ipad, picked it up at store, transferred data and apps in just a few hours.

I got this for my daughter. This was the one she wanted and she automatically downloaded the procreate app. She absolutely loves it. She's been using a Wacom tablet hooked up to her laptop for years and this ipad is now what she's been using to draw. She hasn't had any issues and loves the portability.

I like the color options and the price and it is pretty light weight.

I bought this iPad in Augusta Ga. for my daughter's first year of college (Alabama) not realizing it only had 64gb storage. With the Best Buy Protectiion plan, she was able to get it exchanged in the Alabama Best Buy, they exchanged it with out her missig a beat from her classes. My daughter said dad, i don't have to write all of those notes in class which is a big for win for her studies.

Got the ipad 10th instead of the ipad pro M2 for daughter and glad i saved money and got her the 10th gen. It does everything she needs

Very nice ipad. Definitely simplifies actions from the older style I had plus increasing options for the needs I have for what I do. Quality of camera shots and pictures is much improved as well. Increased storage for my needs was great. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great quality highly recommend for day to day tasks and gaming.

What we like most is that they actually answer your question and they don't pressure you to purchase the most expensive option available. (And having your receipts on file in your account in their computer is AMAZING!!!! Doesn't matter if we've lost the receipt or not ~ exchanges are simple!!!) Love, love, LOVE Best Buy!!!
