    The absence of a home button bothered me at first and I found the various swipes difficult but once mastered I found it easy to use.

    Overall a great iPad update. However, the update to USB-C while still using the first gen Apple Pencil that syncs through a lightning connection is a really clunky experience that requires an adapter to be purchased separately (it really should have been included with the iPad). The available keyboard /kickstand accessory is also a nice addition, giving it a Microsoft Surface type experience.

    My old iPad has been great but the operating system is maxed out. I bought the new one because it’s the latest model, price was right, ordering and delivery was great. It arrived on time and delivered in perfect condition. I was excited to be able to acquire an up to date model so easily.
