    I bought two iPads online and found that one of them had a broken screen, so I went to the store in Union City to replace it. The store staff enthusiastically replaced it for me with a new one and kept saying sorry for wasting my time.

    I was a Samsung user for years…this is my first iPad….It was amazingly easy to transfer what I needed to the iPad and has wonderful features. The battery life is outstanding.

    As usual, iPad is an excellent tablet. The connection to the Apple Pencil is a little weird but you charge it every once in a while only anyway. Best tablet ever.
