Big improvement

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using the iPad 8th Gen and it has been great as well but thought it would be nice to upgrade to a new one with more screen real estate and hand the 8 down to the kiddos. The screen is beautiful and i love the USB-C style charger instead of lightning port so i can charge with my macbook pro charger in a pinch.

It's an iPad...

Even the box it is shipped in is a work of cardboard art. Compared with my 7-year old iPad, it is blazingly fast.

Fast load times with apps, and web searches, etc,. Screen quality is impressive with a sharp clear picture! Sound quality is also good!

Had to be for me right? I just wanted an iPad so I could pay bills instead of going into my basement to use iMac. I paired it up with a Logitech keypad fold case and not it’s my laptop! Kind of! I don’t use it much but to do some banking! Couldn’t see myself spending the money on a pro or air. This does me good! Open box for $300 in excellent condition was a good deal since this was $449 new but now they are $349. Go figure. Either way I’d recommend
