I walked in with a problem transferring data from my old iPad to the new one I purchased. No appointment. I was immediately helped, no hesitation as a walk in. I explained what I was there for and he began looking through settings etc. Less than 10 minutes later he was done and the iPad was working with all items installed and available! He was my hero for the day and as usual, a definite professional asset to your team. He always treats me this way and he deserves a raise or promotion due to his professionalism, ability to find resolutions, explain things. His patience is super intact as well. End of a day for him and still pleasant and smiling. The Geek Squad is the best ever! I just remembered while I was typing this the other question I had for him. Can Webroot from my HP PC be applied to my iPhone and iPad as protection? If I could get that answered I'd be super happy. If it can be how do I do it? Thank you Best Buy for your fantastic Geek Squad!

Bought as a gift for Granddaughter she hasn’t activated it yet but she has seen it and can’t wait to get to use it for her new business. I can’t rate the iPad yet but I will let you know when she gets it going

I bought this for my sons first iPad and it didn't disappoint. It did however take time to figure out how to close out the tabs since this version doesn't have the button. It takes time getting use to but I don't regret the purchase. The charging cord is different from the old ones also! I love how you have different colors to chose from when buying this item, we bought the blue one and the color is beautiful. It has good storage and we haven't ran into the problem yet of needing more storage which is great. It also came with free trials which was awesome too! Don't hesitate to buy this item for you or your family member! Apple is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this iPad. Love the new sleek look. Super fast and perfect for all my needs. I got the watermelon color and it’s gorgeous. I take a lot of notes so I also got the 1st gen pencil and it works flawlessly. Got on sale to boot! Highly recommended.

I recently purchased an Apple - 10.9-Inch iPad (Latest Model) with Wi-Fi - 64GB - Pink in color. I like the quick response for entry and capability multiple games and ease in using the calendar. I use it mostly for games .

This is by far one of the best Ipads I have ever had. Its easy to use fast processor with a lot of memory.

I absolutely love it! I traded in my laptop for this ipad and ive used it way more than my laptop. I can take it wherever and it fits in even my smallest bag. Definitely really love this purchase!

It serves its purpose. We are basically a Samsung household, so it gets limited use.

10 Gen IPad is even better then previous version with more base memory, and an edge to edge screen. This was an upgrade for my daughter and she love it. Add and Apple or Logitech keyboard and your good to go!
