Great product, I’m happy we were able to find the perfect color for my stepdaughter for Christmas. We can’t wait to give it to her :).

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves it. Uses it to stream her favorite shows during her breaks/lunch at work.

Bought during Christmas sale and so far my daughter has been enjoying this device. Only negative is that you need an adapter for the older generation apple pen to work with the device

My 9 year old son absolutely loves his iPad. Its like his giant phone! He video chats with friends, play games, and watches videos.

Not much to say other than it is a terrific ipad and the wife loves it. A lot more responsive than her old one and she loves the color.

I placed an order on December 12, 2024 for an iPad and an Apple watch for a total of $669.61. Shortly after placing my order I had come to realize that the address on the order was incorrect and attempted to contact support TWICE to try and change the address or cancel said order. I was informed canceling the order was not possible and neither was changing the address as the package was en route. I was told to reach out when said order was delivered in order to receive a replacement order or refund. So I watched the tracking like a hawk and got in contact with support yet again when it was delivered in hopes for a refund (It was delivered 12/14/24). I wanted a refund because personally this is a substantial amount of money for me and taking a chance on making the order online again did not seem like a good idea to me. I wanted my refund to be able to purchase the items I ordered in person as they were also supposed to be christmas gifts. I reached out to support and I was told I would be receiving a refund. I was NEVER told that there would have to be an investigation and that I’d have to wait for a conclusion to be able to know about a refund. 12/15/24 I received an email to let me know that this investigation has been concluded and I would not be receiving nor refund or replacement. I did actually reach out to my local police department the next day and asked them to kindly check if a package had been delivered and left outside but they found nothing. After this email about the investigation I was honestly quite confused about the conclusion and felt it had to be a mistake so I waited a couple days for another email just in case and got nothing. Therefore AGAIN on 12/20/24 I called support to reiterate everything that had happened since and they sent out two more investigations. At this point, today 1/1/25 I received two more emails letting me know I will not be provided with a refund or replacement which is why I am reaching out to you Mr. Harmon. I am extremely frustrated with the way my problem has been handled so far, as I said before $669.61 is quite a substantial amount of money to me and around this time of year it is not something I can afford to not have. DO NOT ORDER FROM BEST BUY. JUST BUY DIRECT FROM APPLE.

Love the newer iPad 10 gen. Definitely worth the upgrade.

My wife loves it. Set up was fast and easy. Apple makes quality products and Best Buy makes the purchase process fast and easy too.

Works great, except for the fact that the Apple map veraion on the ipad is just brutally terrible and unusable especially while driving.

Replaced my old iPad which no longer would hold a charge. This has a larger display and a few changes in format. Overall a great replacement.

If you don’t want to spend to much money on a iPad then you can get the regular iPad it’s just as good as the pro or air

My old iPad was slowly fading. Really enjoy my new device. Not a huge learning curve from the old to the new.
