Everything about this iPad is excellent! Functionality, battery life, storage, set-up with ease.

I LOVE my iPad! I use it evvery day as a graduate student not only for my schoolwork but also for my personal life, like watching TV or movies when I'm not busy. It is so convenient and a lot easier to bring with me than a full laptop. I enjoy the apple pencil with it as well -- it makes the experience so much better.

Great iPad - it's an Apple after all! I upgraded from a mini, so getting used to the weight of it. But it's fast and has a great screen. I always appreciate how helpful the staff at Best Buy is whenever I have questions and their service is good.

Good product. Does what is advertised. Unless you really need the extra power (doesn't make too much of a difference), this iPad will do fine

Seamless turnover from my 7th Generation to the 10th Generation device. Screen has wonderful depth and color. All the amenities you could ask for. Easy to find your way around and even easier to get the answers you need when you make a mistake or forget directions. Having the wonderful technicians at Best Buy is also a plus. Even if the question is small, the Squad is there to provide answers and fixes. All around experience at Best Buy A+.

My daughter had a 9th Gen iPad, and for Christmas I decided to upgrade her to the 10th Gen. mainly because I gifted the 9th Gen to my mother-in-law so we can all track the AirTags on our dogs, but I stand by the fact that this thing is great for new users or kids. Plenty of child-friendly apps, messaging family members to stay connected to her grandfather and cousins, paired with an Apple Pencil so she can draw and color in Procreate, just all around fun for her. I’m by no means an fanboy, and I understand Apple products aren’t for everyone, but between the ecosystem and ease of use, we’re happy definitely with them!

Love it works exactly as intended it was a gift for my sister

I love the pink iPad so far. Set up was so easy using my iPhone and it came with the outlet plug and cable to charge it. What I really love is it comes with USB-C instead of the lightning cable. Screen response is fast, app load quick and the battery stays charged all day without issues even when watching/streaming video.
