I use the Ipad for school and it works wonders. I also use it to do my statistics for my basketball team and this was a great investment.

This new IPad is a great product, it's a replacement for an older version IPad I currently use and it's doing extremely well so far, it does take a little to get used on certain things, but overall it's still easy to use and I would recommend this newer version to anybody.

Best Buy did a good job fixing an issue caused by the company they outsource to for delivery, Roadie. Driver marked my delivery completed and submitted a picture of a house he took as he drove by the house which was not in my town. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Best Buy customer service to get a replacement for pickup. I used the chat feature on the app and was able to select the store. I should have done pickup in the first place. It seems there are people who target stores like this to steal higher ticket items by posing as delivery drivers

Love it! I’ve been using it for the past 2 years and it has worked amazingly along with the apple pen!

It’s a huge upgrade over my kid’s previous iPad’s (I believe it was a 4th gen model), but the fact that it requires the older Apple Pencil is strange, I wish it would connect/charge magnetically like the Apple Pencil 2. That complaint aside, you can’t argue with the value, it’s a great deal!

I’m happy with the Apple 10.5 inch iPad just not happy with the fact that Best Buy sent me an email a month after the purchase saying that they did not charge me enough for sales tax and made a separate deduction from my credit card for their issue.
