Love it! I like the color and weight of it. Touch ID a little hard to use with some cases, but still a good buy!

The iPad itself is wonderful. The instructions to migrate old one’s data to new was problematic. I am not sure if was an Apple problem or Logitec. A call to Logitec solved problem. The product was delivered as promised. The deliverer Oksana was extremely efficient and courteous.

The iPad has a large screen, charges quick, and it is nice that information from old iPad can transfer to the new one. I don't like that Apple changed the charging cable size, and they took away the headphone jack, and we had wired headphones for our kids.

I bought two iPads online and found that one of them had a broken screen, so I went to the store in Union City to replace it. The store staff enthusiastically replaced it for me with a new one and kept saying sorry for wasting my time.

Very satisfied with the new 10th generation iPad. The old iPad my mother inlaw was was using could not be updated to a current IOS, and she was unable to use many of her apps. She is very happy with the new iPad.
