    I recently returned the latest iPad I purchased from Best Buy due to a significant drawback - the absence of support for the 2nd generation Apple Pencil. As an avid user of the Apple Pencil, this limitation hindered my productivity and creative endeavors, ultimately leading to my decision to return the product. While the iPad itself functioned well for other tasks like web browsing and media consumption, the absence of Apple Pencil 2nd generation support limited its potential as a creative and productivity tool. Considering the investment in both the iPad and the Apple Pencil, it was a difficult decision to return the product.
