    I used to have another IPad and upgraded to this one. The only complaint that I have is the battery is horrible. I feel like I use it for 10 minutes and then it’s automatically drained.

    It was great until it stopped charging at all. Having to have a practically brand new product fixed is not what you are supposed to do.
