    Ive bought this ipad with three included benifites, Apple Music, apple News and apple TV, all for 4 months, however i was only able to redeam 2 months of apple music.

    I have been in contact with this company since dec 23 2024 in regards of this problem of my iPad being stolen. It was placed in the box taped twice and when I opened it the iPad box was in the box but there was no iPad. As soon as I seen this I have reported this several times throughout the time frame of dec 23 until Jan 8 2025. I’ve reached out to fedex and they said they would refund the money to Best Buy but they need an account number, Best Buy stated they don’t not have an account number, and each time stating they will refund the money back to my account 7 to 10 business days. But then within a hour time frame I get an email stating they will not. It sounds as if the same people are on the phone, I’ve tried to call headquarters in MI but it continues to place me on the line with people that sound the same. I wrote down the names of the people that I talked to but in each email the name is totally different. Yea don’t shop with them stick with Amazon. I’ve learned my lesson 300.00 gone

    Did not appreciate the Battery life. An iPad is an iPad. You’ll get all the basics you’re searching for. At the end of the day Battery Life Sucks
