    Great iPad its not as good as the iPad pro but does the job if you don't use it as your main computer.

    Very poor service. Purchased an IPad as a Holiday present. The day after I purchased it Amazon advertised it for $40 less. I contacted BestBuy and they don’t match prices during the holidays. It was now 12/23 and I need it for the next day. Best Buy had terrible phone support and the Store mgr was at best rude. iPad is good Best Buy not so much.

    Good. I got it during the Black Friday sell. But the guy who sold that item to me, he forcely started opening a best buy credit card using my driver license, even without my consent. I have never had a situation with best buy like that.

    I'm a Samsung girl, but I purchased the Ipad 5th generation for my husband as a Father's Day gift. Literally 2 weeks later and out of nowhere, the iPad crashed and fried!! Black screen. I was told, "This happens." Long story short, I purchased the Ipad air, lets see what happens.
