    Nothing new from the old ones. The one thing that is bad is the Apple Pencil support. They put the camera on a new position to create a solution for a problem no one had and with that, the support for the new Apple Pencil was not possible.

    I mean its a Apple thing, So to use the Apple pencil you have to get an adapter, or new pencil.

    The iPad 10 generation is nice. However, it was too pink to me & I didn’t like that horizontal camera. I would recommend if you’re on a budget or just like the camera and color. Watch YouTube videos to help you decide which one to get.

    Many tik tok reviews are my same issue! Ipads decide to not turn on anymore. Bought mine 5 months ago and it don't wanna charge or turn on. This might be an apple issue. My purchase with Best Buy was great.

    My item was delivered sealed but the actual serial number is different than from the sealed package serial number and having trouble getting it repaired due to the serial number mishap.Definitely a company malfunction mistake.but bought online from Best Buy.

    Nothing on the item, but worst customer service I ever receieved. Ordered Jan 4. UPS sent back without our input due to ship damage, Jan 8. I chatted with Best Buy (BB) on Jan 8, 9 & 10, and called on Jan 10 to inform that I needed a replacement sent for a soon traveling college student. I could not wait for item to travel back, get a refund over 10 days and then reorder. I informed BB too that the sale would expire Jan 12 . I got false information about a replacement possibility, platitudes about how it would be "made right", ultimately a denial on a replacement, and had to purchase from a competitor at higher price and in-person due to wasted time by BB. Two of my emails to BB are still unanswered. I filed a BBB complaint on Jan 12, still did not hear back from BB.
