    I have been a member for over 15 years. I purchased this iPad in June of 2023 it was experiencing charging problems and was told it needed to be replaced I took it in I was told I canceled the insurance coverage two weeks after I purchased it I never canceled it, I called the geek squad and was told they would reinstate the insurance I have been given the runaround for 1 week now I’m being told it cannot be reinstated. This was not something I did, I paid Best Buy for the coverage and now I’m being told I have to pay for a new iPad after I was charged for insurance. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will not be purchasing anything from here. I would make sure you are not being robbed like I was canceling coverage and now not being responsible for it.

    Love my old IPAD that once started failing had me purchase a new one. An added inducement was the discount/promotion from BB. However, I am not pleased with the color on the new version. The colors appear faded and I'm wondering whether a setting has to be changed? I tried but blandness returns.
