The body condition was fine just had a scratch on the bottom. It came in dirty… the box had a whole bunch of brown stains on it. The ipad had finger smears, crumbs, and a few curly hairs on the ipad.

dead on arrival

Best Buy processed as return/new order, which would have been ok if they kept the same pick-up terms. my nephew was given a hard time trying to pick up the second tablet because he wasn't considered authorized even tho he picked up the first one.

It was supposed to be here two weeks before Christmas and now it’s after Christmas and I don’t have it very disappointed in the delivery service. It was supposed to be next day shipping.
