The product was good but the store needa to work on their customer service im handicapped they made me stand for a prolong period of time with no seats available when they we made aware of my handicapped i was told so thats your problem ADA was made aware of that issue in investigation is being conducted and my lawyer was made aware of the issue thats the second time

The I pad would not connect with any pencil. Geek squad said it was an Apple problem with this ipad! Not good when pencil is expected to be available with this iPad.

An employee answered my questions and was able to find the IPad on a storage shelf. After I purchased it, I got aBest Buy ad showing a temporarily reduced price. I went to customer service and received a refund of the difference. The IPad works fine.

beautiful display! only thing I would suggest is if you are wanting to use an apple pencil and the ipad together to spend a little extra money and go with an ipad pro. The charging port for the Ipad is a c charger which means you have to use adapters.

I bought this item one year ago, and it will not charge will not open will not do anything

It only took 3 weeks, several phone calls and finally a trip back to the store to get my Ipad. BB needs to be more realistic in telling customers when product is available.

Not bad color not too awful but it’s not the yellow I was expecting more of a gold color not like the iPhone 15

A reasonable product in a fair price range. The speed somtimes seems to be slow. Would recommend to start with iPad Air or Pro.

I like the new fancy camera upgrades, i have an older model the new ones follow you around, creepy but cool. I want a new one now because my is so much slower and my 3 yr took it from me, now i just have to convince the wife… muahahahahahaha!!

A big difference from the ninth generation. The picture context is amazing. I was going to get the iPad Pro but when I saw this one I wasn’t going to spend more money because I didn’t see a big difference. The 10th generation is amazing.

Terrible! I purchased the iPad 10 gen with apple care and after going today to use my apple care... I found out that's the serial number on the actual iPad that I was sent is not the same in the Best Buy system. Totally insane!

Apple tablet opened it up for Christmas blank screen no way to turn on and it’s brand new right out of the box.

I'm not happy w/ this!! I bought it specifically because my older IPad which I traded in could not accept updates for Zoom, and the new one Zoom is weird. I can not use it to log into mtgs. It acts like a face time app. If I'm on the phone it shows my picture talking. When I called a geek, I had 2--no help-had to make appt. I told them I may return it. Also having trouble w/ wifi connection. Not happy at all.

This was a present for my nephews who are having to do online school due to illness. They loved it! The camera workz great and the screen is clear and allows them to see what the teacher is writing on board. Overall a great purchase.

Nice but I didn’t need all the options. I returned it because it turned out not as my go to, my phone worked, and got my $500 back.

I absolutely love the color and the quality. The only disappointment was that it wasnt able to connect to a apple gen 2 pencil

The tablet is fine but I gave it this score because I took 3 days of notes on it and suddenly they were gone! I was not happy.

Great tablet, but if I’m being honest I would have gone down one gen and saved a bit of money. It is an iPad though and does what iPads do!

I have never used an apple product before so I am learning. It will take me a bit to get use to it.
