Ordered this via shipping on Best Buy.com and they attempted to drop ship it via roadie. My order was sent back to the store and I have been trying to get a refund issued back to me for over two months now with no luck. I recommend buying in store or from another retailer.

This iPad had a long crack on it when I got it and it doesn't stay on it cuts off and they wouldn't let me return it

battery life sucks. charge lasts about 3-4 hours then it’s drained.

Very good. Wish it had expandable storage considering the high price tag for only 64 GB but a great product overall

It was terrible the customer service I purchased my item days before Christmas and went I went to pick up the item they told me it was sold out I had to wait 4 extra days for my item to arrive at the locker terrible experience I will not buy again from this Best Buy store.

My girlfriends first iPad. She is still getting used to it but it’s a smooth transition from iPhone to iPad.

Awful experience. Delivered to wrong house. Couldn’t get anyone on phone or chat to give me the same information. They were supposed to email updates, they never did. They were supposed to replace the item, they never did. I would think twice about purchasing from Best Buy again

I got this for a Christmas gift , I think it’s size is decent and for what it was bought I think it’s great

Not good, the microphone is not working when you face time. I can hear them, but they can’t hear me

brand new means box has to be new as well, not writings all over the box and weird numbers

BB provided a 4 hour window for deliver of a stove. The time past without word from BB. When the customer called they were told that the delivery truck broke down. THANKS FOR LETTING THE CUSTOMER KNOW. The order was canceled and a stove was ordered from Home Depot.

I’m a little disappointed, when I zoom, it isn’t picking up my voice as well as it should.

The screen was non responsive. Had to touch down hard to type a letter. Trying to exchange for new one. Wish me luck have to go through Apple. Best Buy won’t do it past my 15 days. Been traveling just now having opportunity to do it. Very dissatisfied with Best Buy.
